Operators Teaching Operators: Seattle Rooftop Edition
A practical, in-person event where e-commerce operators share what they tried, what they learned, and how it actually worked.
Join us for an evening on a rooftop deck overlooking Elliott Bay, with three short operator-led presentations, live Q&A, peer networking, light food, and drinks.
About the Event
Operators Teaching Operators is built around a simple idea: the best people to learn from are the people doing the work.
For this Seattle edition, we’re bringing together three experienced e-commerce operators to share specific, practical lessons from inside their businesses. Each speaker will have roughly 10 minutes to present, followed by live Q&A and time for attendees to connect before the next session.
The format is intentionally tight, useful, and conversational. You’ll hear what operators are actually doing right now, where they’ve run into challenges, and what others can learn from the process.
Featured Presentations
Jeff McRitchie, Co-Founder, MyBinding
Using ChatGPT and Excel to Improve Product Data Across Thousands of SKUs
Jeff will share how MyBinding is using ChatGPT and Excel to enhance product data at scale. He’ll walk through how his team is improving thousands of SKUs for pennies, without turning the process into a giant technical project.

Tracking Competitor Pricing and Dynamically Pricing a Catalog to Protect Margin
Roy will demonstrate how Poolaroo tracks competitor pricing and uses that data to dynamically price its catalog. The focus will be on practical systems operators can use to make smarter pricing decisions and protect margin.

Lessons from Migrating a 20-Year-Old Proprietary E-commerce Platform to Shopify
